Wilson Feluzi Mkandawire
My name is Wilson Feluzi Mkandawire. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Public Health from the University of Livingstonia - Laws Campus. I am currently working with Rural Development Partners as a WASH Project Officer. I also have prior work experience with RDP, as I interned from 2017 to 2018. My internship with RDP gave me the opportunity to build on my experience in WASH, to work in a rural setting, and also helped me build my personal and interpersonal skills. What I found interesting during my internship is the amazing culture and positive values. Plus, RDP’s dedication to its purpose and priorities. This has been the key motivating factor towards my desire to work and advance my career with RDP.
Musa Nkuna
My name is Musa Nkuna. I have a Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree in Development Studies from University of Livingstonia and Women's University in Africa respectively. I worked at RDP for 2 months in 2017 as an intern. They have a great team work and community participation strategy. The work environment is also awesome, it allows you to learn and grow while giving you an opportunity to showcase your skills.
Blessings Kumitengo
My name is Blessings Kumitengo. I hold Diplomas in Environmental Management and Agriculture from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) and Kinneret College on The Sea of Galilee - Israel. I worked with RDP from 2018 to 2020 as an intern. The teamwork was good among RDP team, Love a Village and beneficiaries. In addition, working under minimum supervision made my confidence grow
Marah Lindiwe Sulu
I am Marah Lindiwe Sulu. I hold a Bachelors of Social Science in Development studies from the University of Livingstonia (UNILIA) Ekwendeni Campus. I worked for RDP as an Intern for one year and two months in 2020 and 2021. What I found interesting while working with RDP as an intern was the friendly atmosphere that motivated me to love my field of work more and exposure to different projects that made me gain experience on how to manage different kind of projects.
Veronica Nyirenda
I am Veronica Nyirenda. I once worked with Rural Development Partners (RDP) for 6 months as an intern 2021. I obtained a Diploma in Community Development from Mzuzu Technical Collage. The experience gained at RDP helped me to secure a job with Saint Peters Parish as a Field Officer under a project called YAWOSE (Youth and Women for Sustainable Environment). Most activities I did with RDP are similar to what I am doing with YAWOSE so I am just applying the knowledge and skills I gained at RDP
Augustin Munthali
I am Augustine Munthali currently working with RDP as an Intern. I obtained a Bachelors of Social Science Degree in Development Studies from University of Livingstonia Ekwendeni campus. I have been with RDP for 2 months and what I find interesting is the level of team work and delegation
Uchizi Kaunda
I am Uchizi Kaunda worked with RDP as an intern for 2 months in 2022. I obtained my Bachelors of Social Science Degree in Human Rights studies from University of Livingstonia - Ekwendeni campus. The hard work is admirable that I found it interesting that it guarantees a continued and successful relationship among the workers
El-shaddai Phanga
My name is El-shaddai Phanga. I have worked with RDP as an Intern for 3 months in 2022. I am studying a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Security and Nutrition at the University of Livingstonia Laws campus in Rumphi. What I found interesting about RDP is how the organisation is determined to bring in development in the specific area the project is based in and their vision of alleviating poverty and boosting agricultural production in rural communities
