Dr. Wales Singini is an Associate Professor and Director of Research at Mzuzu University. He has vast experience and skills in areas of Management and Leadership, Project Management, Research Development, Food Security and Climate Change, Water and Sanitation, Collaboration and Networking. Wales also sits on various organisation boards such as Voice of Livingstonia, Association of Environmental Journalists in Malawi, and also University Councils of Mzuzu and Livingstonia.

Moses is a hard working self starter, who possesses strong problem solving and organizational skills. He is comprehensively knowledgeable and has widespread experience. Moses has worked with International and Local NGOs such as Germany Technical Support Program (GTZ), and Beekeeping and Border Zone Development projects for 13 years. He has been employed as a Finance and Administration Manager in the field of establishing and maintaining financial and management procedure, monitoring and controlling accounting internal systems, maintaining financial records, preparation of financial and management reports, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Later Moses joined the CCAP Development Department (SOLDEV) as a Finance Officer and has been involved in day-to-day financial transactions and management in the fields of budgeting, field monitoring, financial visits and preparation of financial reports. Moses is equipped with knowledge and vast experience in using accounting packages like SAGE, Quantum, ACCPAC and QuickBooks. 

Moses holds the following: diploma in accounting, certificate in financial accounting, certificate in non-finance management and is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting, Auditing and Information Systems.
